Is it necessary for the helpee to be equipped with a tablet?
It is advisable for the helpee to be equipped with a tablet or an iPad but he will also be able to access the service of a smartphone or an iPhone as the caregiver.
Is it possible to have a trial period before committing?
The first month is offered for subscriptions to Mon Lien Visio app (without tablet). There is a subscription with monthly commitment or annual commitment. For tablet subscription, the first six months are offered.
What happens if my tablet no longer works properly?
The Mon Lien Visio subscription including a tablet is guaranteed 2 years by Ordissimo in case of non-compliance.

Before making a purchase, it is advisable to carefully check that the place where Mon Lien Visio will be installed has adequate Internet coverage.
