What happens on the first login?
Once the login steps are completed, the referring caregiver and the helpee will have immediate access to all the services offered by My Lien Visio. They can then invite caregivers to join them in the circle of trust unless this step has already been done during the subscription.
Is it necessary for the helpee to be equipped with a tablet?
It is advisable for the helpee to be equipped with a tablet or an iPad but he will also be able to access the service of a smartphone or an iPhone as the caregiver.
Is the service eligible for tax credit in France?
It is indeed possible to reduce the cost of the Homelinks subscription, as our activities qualify as a personal service. The subscription is therefore eligible for a 50% tax credit.
Is it possible to have a trial period before committing?
The first month is offered for subscriptions to Mon Lien Visio app. There is a subscription with monthly commitment, annual or biannual commitment.
What does Mon Lien Visio do with the collected data?
Mon Lien Visio is a secure circle of trust, without any advertising content.
The information collected remains in our databases and is never resold. We only use them to ensure the smooth running of the service. You retain all of your data and have the option to delete it after termination.

Why are incoming calls and memos no longer displayed in full screen?
Android needs you to manually enable "Full screen alerts" from version 14 of your mobile device’s operating system (OS). Thus, the following steps will be required to display incoming calls and memos in full screen:
Settings > Apps > Special access > Full screen alerts > Homelinks (enable)

Is it possible to use the service for a person with a disability?
Indeed, Mon Lien Visio is suitable for all situations of loss of autonomy: adult, elderly, person with a physical, cognitive or psychological disability.
Is it a paid service?
The service is free for guests (ex: helper) to join the circle of trust because it is supported by the subscriber (referring helper) who constitutes a pair with the person helped.
Which mobile devices can the app be used on?
The app is available on Android smartphone and tablet and also on iPhone and iPad for iOS.
How do I subscribe to the service?
Our app can be downloaded directly from the Apple Store and Google Play, and you can sign up in just a few clicks on the Mon Lien Visio subscription portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?
The subscription to Mon Lien Visio is cancelable under the conditions of the subscription period. Depending on whether the subscription is monthly or annual, it is possible to cancel your commitment by simply sending a letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Is it necessary to have an internet box to use Mon Lien Visio?
It's recommended to have an internet box installed for helpees who use Homelinks on their tablet, even if they have access to a 4G card with some tablets. Before making a purchase, it is advisable to carefully check that the place where Homelinks will be installed has adequate Internet coverage.
It is possible to perform a real 4G test to determine if the 4G coverage of your home is adequate.
